Unless otherwise stated, all my cushions are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks production time.

UK delivery time is 2-3 working days* from dispatch.

If your country does not appear as an option please get in touch and I can give you a quote for postage.

Emma June Designs cannot be held liable for items that have been delayed or for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to get insurance or tracking for your orders please notify me before submitting your order.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any custom duties or fees that may apply on international orders. The buyer is also responsible for knowing about any customs restrictions that their particular country may have.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase I offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy.

You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in it's original packaging, undamaged and with the original paperwork. Please note that the postage costs for returning an item are the buyers responsibility. I recommend using a reliable and trackable postal service with insurance. Please contact me for a return address emmajunedesigns@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund or exchange for bespoke or made to order items.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement by emailing emmajunedesigns@gmail.com.
